It is Tues., February 22 and I should run tonight. But I don't want to! I want to come home from my meeting and get comfy on the couch and hang out with the kids. I should run. I should run. Just 30 minutes on the treadmill would be enough. Come on!
Kiersten Bartolotta is the owner of a fitness and health company specializing in both fitness classes for walkers and runners (beginner to advanced) as well as presenting interesting and motivating seminars and workshops for the general public, corporations, businesses and non-profit organizations.
As a walking and RRCA certified running coach in the Suffolk and Nassau County area, she coaches clients to reach their fitness goals through specific walking and walk/run exercise programs.
In her new role as owner of Inspire1change, she will be working as a certified health coach and also presenting workshops and seminars on health, fitness and how to make goal-oriented behavior changes by small steps for long-term healthier living.
