I haven't run for a full week because of babysitting issues. I finally got to run again today, after a rest period of a full week. I was suppose to do a long run this weekend but that has to be scheduled for this weekend coming up. I just finished a run on the treadmill. HATE IT! Ran for 25 minutes with interval training. Increased speed to 7.0/7.1 for 2 minute intervals. I really felt like I was going to pass out.
Because I have no babysitting until May, I don't know when I am going to run during the week. I have to keep increasing my running time but scheduling is becoming an issue. Goal for this week is to run again on Thur. and do a long run on Saturday, about 2 1/2 hours non stop.
